Struggling SkyEurope Airlines announced that GECAS has terminated the leases for six
aircrafts B737-700 leased by airline as of 8 January 2009 and that the aircrafts have been returned to GECAS, remaining 5 B737-700 (OM-NGG, NGJ, NGN, NGP and NGQ) in fleet. There are major delay through SkyEurope network today, however they have wet-leased a few planes from Air Slovakia, Danube Wings, Seagle Air and Dubrovnik Airline to secure flights.
