Czech Airlines customers can pay in cash for air tickets that they have booked via the airline’s website. The customer has up to 72 hours from making the booking to pay for their purchase. Cash payment for tickets can be made at the downtown office or at Prague airport. Aside from the domestic market, CSA is also launching the new tool on the markets in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Ukraine. The new cash payment method can be used for paying for any CSA ticket, regardless of the booking or travel class, with the date of departure being at least seven days from the day of the booking. The client is charged a standard service fee for the issuance of the ticket, just like when making a purchase on the airline’s website. The old payment methods, such credit cards, embossed payment card or online cashless transfer from one account to another keep available for customers as well.
