Wizz Air announced that it would launch two new routes from the Czech capital. Flights from Prague to Liverpool will be launched on 11.07. (3x weekly), while to Oslo Torp will start day later (4x weekly). The new services will complement the already announced routes operated from the Ruzyne Airport to 11 in total (+ London - Luton, Bergamo, Rome, Brusel - Charleroi, Paris - Beauvais, Eindhoven, Malmö, Naples and Madrid).

According to unaudited results, Czech Airlines reported a profit before tax of CZK 500 millions.
